Why we collect and store personal data

For us to support you on the Refugee Integration Service, we need to record some information about you – this is called personal data, and it is information that can be used to identify you [for example, your name and date of birth]; it can include things like your racial or ethnic origin, or about your health and wellbeing.

Our purposes for collecting your personal data are:

  • We have to send some of your personal data to the United Kingdom Responsible Authority [UKRA] and to UKRA’s independent evaluator to help them to monitor, audit and evaluate how AMIF funding is being spent.
