Barnardo’s offer a 24-hour support line available to anyone fleeing the conflict in Ukraine available on: 0800 148 8586.

The British Red Cross operate a national support service for Ukrainians including a helpline.

The British Red Cross also run a regional support service for Ukrainians including casework provision in Yorkshire and Humber.

The Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain has branches throughout the UK, including in seven towns in Yorkshire and Humber.

Ukrainians who wish to come to the UK or regularise their stay in the UK either through the Ukraine Scheme or any other immigration route may require immigration advice. It is an offence to provide immigration advice if you are not accredited by the Office for Immigration Services Commissioner or are a solicitor regulated by the Law Society.

You can find an accredited immigration adviser in your local area by using the find an adviser tool on the government website.

There are also some organisations offering free immigration advice to Ukrainians.

Ukraine Advice Project UK run by DLA Piper is a group of immigration lawyers who are providing free UK legal advice to Ukrainian citizens affected by the current crisis. Some information is available on their website and is translated into Ukrainian and Russian. For advice contact: projectu@dlapiper.com

Settled has set up a new email advice route for EU citizens with settled / pre-settled status in the UK who have family members from Ukraine that they wish to bring here. Settled is OISC registered and can provide language support in English, Ukrainian, Russian or any European language. For support contact: ukrainefamilyscheme@settled.org.uk.
