Refugee Integration Service
If you're a new refugee, you can get individual support from us for up to 6 months
We offer advice and support to new refugees on issues such as:
- accessing housing
- welfare benefits
- employment
- training advice
You'll be able to access the service by telephone and, in some cases, face to face. We can provide translation and interpretation services.

Help with family reunion
We're partnering with the Family Reunion Service (FRS), which is based with Sheffield Hallam University. FRS can provide advice and support to separated families who are seeking to reunite. If you're receiving support from the Refugee Integration Service, we can refer you to the FRS or you can approach FRS directly for advice.
Help with information technology
Solidaritech, a community interest company, is partnering with us to help refugees get access to devices and bandwidth so you can make use of digital services and the Internet.
