The recruitment cycle

There are six stages of a recruitment cycle: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding. 

A complex recruitment process can be a big obstacle to accessing the right talent pool. Refugee candidates are often a great match for the job, but they might struggle to pass through the standard process. The following sections offer tips on how you can make each stage simpler and more inclusive.
